Farm Bureau's Young Farmers and Ranchers Program is designed for young people who share an interest in improving themselves and agriculture. The program is primarily designed for young people 18 to 30. There are tree basic purposes of the program 1) assist young farmers in solving problems they face, 2) expose young farmers to Farm Bureau, and 3) develop leadership abilities in young people.

Young Farmers and Ranchers activities include but are not limited to:

• Annual Leadership Conference
• CFBF Annual Meeting
• YF&R Farm PAC Raffle
• Discussion Meet Contest
• Outstanding Young Farmer or Rancher of the Year
